    The Director of marketing manages the activities of the DreamMaker marketing department, including but not limited to overseeing the national Marketing, Advertising and Promotion (MAP) fund budget and projects; coaching, training, and supporting franchisees in their marketing activities either directly or through the marketing team; developing and implementing lead generation sources for franchise sales; managing the department staff; and participating in strategic planning for the company. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and five to ten years marketing experience with a minimum of two years in management.

    The marketing department coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing department in accomplishing the goals and initiatives of the corporate team and more than 100 franchisees to strengthen the DreamMaker brand.  This person will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing systems, monitoring the development of ad collateral, assisting in brand management and facilitating franchisees’ marketing requests.  The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or other related field or a minimum of three years related experience. This person will represent a positive image of DreamMaker to the general public, including franchisees, vendors, consultants, employees and customers.
